Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation:

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings in the TOGO app or website.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
  • Once the subscription is canceled, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Immediate Termination:

TOGO reserves the right to terminate subscriptions immediately if the user is found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or engages in prohibited activities.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

Exception for Technical Issues:

  • If a user experiences a technical issue that prevents them from accessing the service and TOGO is unable to resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued at TOGO’s sole discretion.

Refund Requests:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.
  • To request a refund, contact TOGO support via email or through the help section of the app, providing relevant details about your subscription and the reason for the refund request.

Promotional Subscriptions:

Subscriptions purchased under promotional offers are non-refundable.

Chargeback and Disputes:

Users are encouraged to contact TOGO support to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
